By accessing and placing an order with SolubleTexturePacks, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. SolubleTexturePacks will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

Copyright License

The content of Soluble Texture Packs is content that can only be distributed by 1 author, this content owned by the Youtube channel “Irving Soluble”. You can freely use the content of SolubleTexturePacks to use it in gameplays and Youtube videos, but if you want to share a link directly read the content attached below. This content may not be distributed and/or sold by any person not previously authorized by the author of the site.

Any type of unauthorized copying and/or manipulation of the content of SolubleTexturePacks will be reported as copyright infringement to the owner.
Irving Soluble (YouTube channel) if an extreme situation warrants it, totally isolated cases. You can change colors of texture packs, use skins and change aspects of resources without any penalty if used privately, do not release this redesign to the public in some other public medium.

You have the right to react to this content on the condition that you leave the link to the original Irving Soluble video in place.

• You cannot leave direct download links.
• You may not sell this content or include it in ad.fly links and/or other ad-supported link shorteners.

“This document is to clarify and protect my content from uncomfortable situations in the future, I do not plan to strike anyone on YouTube, but many of those who upload my texture packs to their YouTube channels do not give me credits, they say they do did they create it or just filter it to annoy or place an adfly link that’s why I do this if you are a normal user you don’t have to worry about this document all requests will be approved to consideration however you have to send a message at least to let me know. At least give credits to the original authors, either me for the texture pack or my friends for creating the icons, (some don’t even bother to give credits) from experience I have to do this, no just to annoy you, this is to prevent future situations where they tell me “there is no warning in your texture packs” and others, thanks for understanding, for my subscribers everything is shared from me, my designs and my texture packs.”
